The Exceed is a joint venture, originally of the Dead Frontier clans ASDOTAS and The Organization.

Realizing that a union of these two clans would result in a truely prodigous gathering of members, Dr. Silver and Louch ultimately decided to merge and form The Exceed - a banner which would later attract more factions.
